In his spare time, Matt stays active in his church and enjoys golf, boating and fishing on Old Hickory Lake. He also enjoys spending time with his large immediate and extended family (wife, nine children and 130 cousins) and his friends.
Carla is an experienced, well-rounded professional real estate agent who, over the years, has learned how to use the latest internet marketing tools in order to work tirelessly on behalf of her clients and their needs. She is a specialized buyers agent for both individuals and corporations. She also speciailizes in listing and selling investor properties including land, multi-dwellings, Duplex, Triplex, 4Plex and apartment units.
Outside of the business world, Carla enjoys spending time with her family and traveling around the world. She also enjoys sitting down and reading a good book every now and then.
Josh is our property manager who really enjoys a good round of golf. He graduated from Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville, Tennessee with a major in Business and a minor in Mathematics. He also earned a two year Business/Accounting Degree from The University of Maine. Josh and his lovely wife, Katie, have two Siberian Huskies, Anya and Mia.
Tiffani attended Volunteer State Community College and graduated from Middle Tennessee State University, B.S. Political Science. While attending college, Tiffani worked for two years as an administrator in the Real Estate Industry before joining the Clausen Team. Tiffani's background in Real Estate and pleasing and calming personality make her a welcome voice to the Buyers and Sellers. When not at work, Tiffani enjoys spending time with her family. She would like to become a better cook.
Brianna is our marketing and promotion specialist who moved to Nashville shortly after graduating from Western Illinois University with a Bachelor's in Journalism and Spanish. She enjoys traveling and has visited several countries including Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, Mexico and Australia. Brianna is also involved in artist promotion, mainly with a local Nashville artist; she also enjoys the TV show FRIENDS, photography and running. She ran the 1/2 Country Music Marathon in April and plans to improve her time when she does it again in 2010.
