Nancy Jo is our Transaciton Coordinator. After visiting friends in the Nashville area she made the move from West Virginia to Tennesse where she graduated from Volunteer State Community College with a degree in Office Management Technology and will continue on at MTSU. She takes pride in helping others and it explains why she has almost 10 years of Customer Service experience. When she can, she likes to travel and spend time with her friends and extended family. She has a big heart when it comes to animals and has adopted four of her five animals (three cats and two dogs).

Josh is our property manager who really enjoys a good round of golf and spending his days off on the boat. He graduated from Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville, Tennessee with a major in Business and a minor in Mathematics. He also earned a two year Business/Accounting Degree from The University of Maine. Josh and his lovely wife, Katie, have two Siberian Huskies, Anya and Mia.
